A Los Angeles woman, Lily, moves to the Midwest to escape from past tragic events. Closing herself off from others, but not her emotions, they drive her to feel the need for some human contact. She meets a man, Philip Chapman, who is also looking for something different in his life. During the course of events, desires complicate their personal lives creating drastic life changes.

Slacktime

2001

"The time between sex and drugs"

This is the dark tale of Anna Karina (Naomi Leonard), as she hits rock bottom. She spends her days and nights wandering the streets, selling herself for drugs. When her husband Tony Towne (J. Nation) finds her in the bed of his best friend, small timer Maurry Castel (John Van Slyke), Anna realizes that she can no longer look at herself in the mirror.

Complications quickly arise when Tony produces a briefcase full of heroin that he swiped after killing two drug dealers, it's a temptation that Anna finds difficult to resist and one Maurry is looking to take advantage off. The rightful owner Big Sammy Fingers (Michael John Moynihan) wants his stash back, he'll resort to any means necessary to retrieve it. This includes sending rouge cops and his son Little Sammy (Patrick Hayes), after his possession.

In a large nameless metropolitan east coast city, Special Agent Michelle (Naomi Leonard) of the DSI polices the hidden demon population. Her latest assignment given to her by Bob (John Van Slyke); is to punish Tom Tom (Felix Bofil) for sexually assaulting a nun. But in order to do her job Michelle has to contend with local demon boss Fatty Boy (Kid Beat Box), Leon (Michael Weber), The Cretin (Bo Sefus) and their degenerate stripper girlfriend (Leonard in a dual role).

A vulgar comic book brought to life.

The Dirty Job 2: Dead As I Wanna Be

2000

"Her job was to kill everyone. But, someone didn't stay dead"

Taking place six months after the first Dirty Job, Michelle (Naomi Leonard) is shocked to find Leon (Michael Weber) still alive.

It becomes a race for her to find Leon and to find out why he's back, before he sends his army of skin jobs and perverts to kill her. More over the top than the last one, as Michelle fights for her life taking them all on in a huge kung fu battle royale. But she still has to find out who had set her up, and just who is this mysterious Toesucker?

Taking place immediately after the last installment, this vignette examines the strange relationship between Michelle (Naomi Leonard) and the Cretin (Bo Sefus). Why he always feels compelled to confront her even though he knows he'll get his ass handed back to him.

The Dirty Job 4: The Tale of Ralphie Kleinman

2002

Sitting in a coffeehouse Mr. Jones (Michael John Moynihan), the head of the DSI recounts to Special Agent John (Robert W.C. Kennedy) the incident that caused Michelle to hunt down low life wanna be Ralphie Kleinman (Marshall Mahoney).

This takes place now with Robert's character serving as Bob's replacement, the tale of Ralphie is told in flashback and takes us back to the events that opened the first "Dirty Job".

Taking place right after the first "Dirty Job", we examined more closely on the character of Bob. His playing of both sides and his relationship with Michelle, which plays directly into his acts of betrayal during The Dirty Job 2: Dead As I Wanna Be.

Exotic dancer Henrietta Allen is a lonely lost soul. Finding herself involved in one disastrous relationship after another, she's unsure of what she wants, and solves her problems best by running from them. At work, she's forced to privately entertain for the sleazy Johnny Long, her employer who exhibits an unhealthy and bizarre fascination with her. Learning that Johnny has been laundering money for the mob, Henrietta enlists the help of her best friend Violet to rip Johnny off. But in doing so, she also discovers how enemies become allies, friends become foes, and the mob doesn't take kindly to treachery.

Descending deeper into her predicament, Henrietta relies on wit and instinct to dig herself out from the hole she's put herself in. And along the way, she discovers that running from her problems could prove more deadly than facing them.

We see the recounting of a story, beginning innocently enough with the request for a before dinner snack, and quickly developing into a darkly comic dialogue of double meanings, threats and a dead father.

HAPPINESS IS A LONG SHOT is crime/comedy about three addicts who are in recovery through a process called Happiness Therapy, a program developed by a therapist who goes by the name Doc (Amanda Shalhoub). Doc is of somewhat mysterious background and employs somewhat unorthodox methods. Al (Robert W.C. Kennedy) is a recovering gambling addict, Denise (Chantel Harpole) is a recovering sex addict and Terri (Laura Nicolas Demoon) is trying to recover from her obsession to buy & use any product Tupperware manufacturers. But Doc's therapy is actually a cover to lure patients in becoming unknowing accomplices in homicidal criminal acts.

The patients turn out to not be recovering as much as Doc thought and not willing to become victims of the Doc's twisted criminal scam. The result is that the patients come up with a therapeutic breakthrough, but only the Doc takes a cure. Not so willingly.
